Does the homepage open?
When an old episode link fails, test Home. A working homepage suggests you should find the program again rather than treating the entire connection as broken. If ordinary websites also fail, investigate your connection before changing television settings. This help page is not a real-time outage feed.
Does the title search make sense?
Remove a restrictive year or genre and search a short title. The Big Bang Theory is identified by its 2007 premiere, even when you want an installment from a later season. Searching by that later season’s year can hide a valid program.
Does the button produce any visible change?
For a navigation or save problem, reload once and repeat the same action. Notice whether the save label changes and whether the title then appears in My List. Browser storage restrictions can affect persistence. Clearing all stored data immediately can erase the list and make the original problem harder to diagnose.
Did the failure happen after leaving the catalog?
If the watch link opened, use the destination’s help for its video or account error. Record the exact message, show, season and device. Those details distinguish a regional availability message from buffering, an unsupported browser or an expired session.
